What happens after you submit? Each shareholder, director and beneficial owner you list will receive an email with a link to complete their individual KYC onboarding — including passport upload, proof of address, and financial background. You do not need those documents now.

Use PLF nominee company shareholders Nominee shareholders hold shares on your behalf to protect your privacy. PLF acts as the registered shareholder while you retain full beneficial ownership via a declaration of trust.

Directors

Use PLF nominee director Nominee directors are appointed on record while you maintain control through a power of attorney.

Company secretary

Use PLF nominee secretary Nominee secretary handles statutory filings, annual returns and compliance with the Registrar on your behalf.

Beneficial owners (UBOs)

Identify the Ultimate Beneficial Owners — natural persons who ultimately own or control the company.

UBO details

Who is a UBO? Any natural person who ultimately owns 25%+ of shares or exercises control. Each UBO will receive a KYC onboarding link.

Every Cyprus company must have a registered office address within Cyprus for official communications.
